“My name is Karrol Knight and I made a reservation for my husband and son, who are coming to Missoula for the Missoula Maulers hockey team’s main camp. When I received the tryout schedule I realized I had not booked the room for the proper dates. I called on Sunday, August 17 and spoke to Jason and explained my situation. I just wanted to let you know that I was so impressed by Jason and his extra efforts to help me. He was very polite and took the time to look into what he could do to help me. He called me back promptly to let me know he was able to make the adjustments to my husband’s reservation and to see if there was anything else he could do to help us out.
The kind of service that Jason provided is very rare these days, and Jason should be commended for his efforts and service. I will make sure that your establishment is the first one we call when we visit our son in Missoula.

“Dear Manager,
 I recently stayed in your hotel on the nights of September 26th and 27th. I want to let you know how impressed I was with my housekeeper in room 210. The room was sparkling clean both days. The housekeeper, a young lady with long brown hair, was very friendly and made me feel right at home. She went out of her way to make sure everything was ok for me. I wanted to give her a tip so I’m sending $10.  Please give it to her and let her know people like her make the world a better place.”
